🚗 Vehicle Shipping FAQ

Q: What is the difference between RORO and Container shipping?
A:
• RORO (Roll-On Roll-Off): The car is driven onto the ship. It is cheaper and faster, but you cannot put personal items inside.

• Container Shipping: The car is locked inside a steel container. It is more secure, offers better protection, and you can pack personal belongings inside.

Q: Can I put things inside my car when shipping?
A: Yes, but only if you choose the Container shipping method. Items are not allowed inside vehicles on RORO vessels due to customs and safety rules.
📦 Containers & Storage

Q: Can I buy or just rent containers?
A: We offer both options. You can buy a shipping container outright for permanent use, or choose container hire for short-term storage or one-off moves.

Q: How much fits in a container?
A:
• 20ft Container: Holds approx. 33m³ – perfect for a 1-2 bedroom flat.

• 40ft Container: Holds approx. 67m³ – perfect for a 3-4 bedroom house or large stock.
💰 Payments & Insurance

Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods. We offer flexible terms for business clients.
