What are the advantages of the air services?
If your consignment is urgent, you can choose to send your goods via air freight services as the transit time is shorter. You can send pallets of different sizes, standard or oversized, but please be advised that the height limit is 160 cm. Also, air freight services offer a door to door option, included in the shipping cost.
Can I ship both pallets and parcels by air freight?
Yes, air freight services can handle both pallets and parcels.
Can I transport my goods to airport only?
Yes, we can ship on a door to airport option, but please be advised you have to request a quote, as the prices we offer on the website are for door to door services.
Can I ship by air freight if I don't have a custom agent/ broker?
Yes, you can still ship by air freight . The vast majority of our air freight services come with customs clearance in the destination country included. The receiver will be contacted by customs once the goods arrive to the airport.
What documents do I need when shipping a pallet via air freight service?
If you are shipping your consignment via air freight, you will need a commercial invoice containing HS/commodity codes. If you are shipping personal effects, you will need a proforma invoice (which we supply) and a packing list. 3 copies of the Invoice must be attached to the pallet. Please be advised that depending on the destination country and the nature of the goods, specific documentation may be required. Optional Air Freight Collection Service
Following collection, your goods will be transported to our main depot.
The collection cost will be displayed during the booking process, during which you will be able to add a collection to your order. The price will be based on the weight and dimensions of your consignment.
What does "consolidated" mean?
The UK agent will issue a "Master Air Waybill" covering all the individual shipments in the consolidation. Each individual shipment will have its own "House Air Waybill" (HAWB).
